SHIPPING:
All orders are a flat rate regardless of how many items in your order. All orders are shipped in plain packages and do not mention the word “lingerie”.
The Lingerie Spot offers FREE USPS GROUND SHIPPING (5-7 business days) on orders over of $50.

RETURNS:
Returns or exchanges on items unaltered, unworn, unwashed with tags attached within 14 days. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON WORN or SOILED ITEMS for customer protection. You are responsible for the shipment cost of returned/exchanged merchandise. Shipping cost will not be refunded on returned items. Your return will be be processed and credited within 10 business days of return receipt. Request a return/exchange form at returns@thelingeriespot.com to include in your shipment back to us. For exchanges, include the new item #, size and color.
